Cancellation and Returns
You have the right to cancel any purchase by notifying Philippe Banks accordingly within 30 days from receiving the good provided that the goods are unpacked and in the same condition as when you received them. The customers will be liable for all costs and risks for transporting and returning good to Philippe Banks. In case of delayed delivery where you no longer wish to fulfill the order it is the customers responsibility to cancel the order by contacting Philippe Banks Customer Sup-port.Cancellation after the order has been dispatched is not possible. In the unlikely event you find an item delivered by us to you is defective you should contact Customer Service as soon as possible with a formal complaint, to get a replacement delivery or, if that is not possible, a refund. This also applies if you identify that a product has been damaged during transportation or you identify other deviations in the delivery. When Philippe Banks have received the returned items and have been able to confirm that the requirements above are met, a refund the paid amount.
