PLACING AN ORDER

What forms of payment are accepted at PhilippeBanks.com?

The Philippe Banks Online Store only accepts PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, Maestro and American Express.

My order is not processing, what can I do?

Please contact our Customer Care department at support@philippebanks.com or through the contact form before trying to place another order. Multiple attempts to order may result in multiple credit or debit card authorizations.

I have not received an order confirmation?
Your order confirmation will be sent to your e-mail address directly when your order is placed. You may also see the status of your order when you log in to your user account. Please contact our Customer care department if you have not received a confirmation.

ORDERS

What is your cancellation and refund policy?

Orders cancelled before shipment will be fully refunded.
If the order has been shipped you have the right to cancel any purchase by notifying Philippe Banks accordingly within 30 days from receiving the goods provided that the goods are in the same condition as when you received them. The customers will be liable for all costs and risks for transporting and returning goods to Philippe Banks.

What should I do if my watch is broken?
Should you be so unfortunate to inflict any damage to the case or glass please contact our Customer Care department with information of what has happened to your watch and your order number. For further information about the guarantee, please refer to “Terms and Conditions”.

What should I do if I receive a defect or wrong item?
If your product has a significant defect right out of the box (e.g., the product is broken, has missing parts etc.) or you have received the wrong product, we will be happy to exchange it. Please contact our Customer care department within 14 days for any issues. You will not be charged any additional shipping fees for replacement items.

PRICES

Do I have to pay for anything else when I receive the package?
Orders received outside of the EU will be subject to VAT and customs duty governed by local authorities. This fee will be charged by the shipping company upon delivery. If you order from a country outside of the EU the Italian VAT (22%) will be deducted from the price.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

How can I check the status of my order/shipment?

When your order has been dispatched from our warehouse you will receive a tracking number via email. Actual delivery times will vary based on method of shipment and your geographic location. If your order has not arrived within the stated delivery time, please contact our Customer Care department.

WARRANTY

Does your watch come with a warranty?

Yes, we offer a one-year guarantee on all of our products if the watch has been treated with normal care. Should you be so unfortunate to inflict any damage to the case, glass or strap, please contact our Customer care department with information on what has happened to your watch and your order number.
